A Practice Planted With Intention

I started this practice with a simple but meaningful goal: to help people feel more grounded, balanced, and in tune with themselves. After over 20 years in the therapy field, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone begins to truly understand themselves—not just to heal, but to grow in a way that lasts and learn to live in the present.

For me, this work isn’t just about addressing problems. It’s about learning skills, gaining insight, and reconnecting with what matters. I take a holistic approach to therapy because I believe we can’t separate mental health from the rest of life—our relationships, routines, habits, even our physical well-being all play a role.

​

I built this practice not only to support individuals, but also to create space for other therapists to grow and serve the community in a meaningful way. I truly believe that when one of us grows, we all benefit.

​

Here, therapy is about more than just getting through—it’s about discovering what it means to live in balance, and learning how to stay connected to that, even when life gets hard.
