She understands what it feels like to pour into every role—wife, mother, daughter, friend—while losing sight of your own needs. Her clients often come to her tired, overwhelmed, and longing for something more than just survival. Edwina’s warm yet direct approach helps them put down the emotional weight they’ve been carrying and begin to reclaim their authentic selves. With over 15 years of experience, Edwina creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel truly seen and supported. She “keeps it real” while holding space and holding clients accountable—with compassion. Her goal is to help women heal, unlearn what no longer serves them, and begin thriving in a life that feels deeply their own.
