Our Team
We bring a range of experiences and specialties, but share a common purpose: to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Edwina creates a safe, affirming space for overwhelmed women ready to reclaim their joy. With compassion and insight, she helps clients work through anxiety, depression, inner child healing, and life transitions to rediscover their true selves.

As a military veteran, Anthony supports clients through life’s challenges—especially anxiety, depression, substance use, and issues tied to military life and travel. His calm, steady presence helps people build resilience and rediscover their strength.

Kanika brings her warmth and energy to every session, empowering children and teens to face life’s challenges with confidence. She’s a passionate advocate who helps young people build resilience, self-worth, and a strong sense of self.

Beth helps individuals reconnect with themselves and build more authentic, fulfilling lives. With a background in treating substance use and co-occurring disorders and a personal experience in long-term recovery—she creates a laid-back, honest space for individuals seeking recovery, as well as those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

Riketa creates a safe, supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to share openly and explore what has shaped their experiences. Using a systemic and collaborative approach, she helps both children and adults process emotions, navigate life stressors, and build greater self-understanding. With experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and family challenges, and neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and Autism, she walks alongside clients with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

Donna believes in helping people truly understand themselves so they can grow and thrive. She specializes in supporting clients through anxiety, overwhelm, and other common mental health concerns, creating a space where they can feel grounded, capable, and more at ease.
