About Beth
I’ve spent years walking alongside people in recovery and supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. With a background in both traditional counseling and equine-assisted therapy—and as someone in long-term recovery myself—I understand firsthand what it means to do the hard, meaningful work of healing.

My approach is laid-back, honest, and real. I create a space where you can explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace. I believe you already hold the answers within you; my role is to help you uncover them, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and support you as you move toward meaningful change.

Therapy with me might include moments of insight, some tough but compassionate truths, and more than a few laughs along the way. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, walk beside you through the tough stuff, and help you move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and truly your own.
